Recently, I read a book and shared snippets of it on my social media. A few days later, I received a message from a client friend thanking me for sharing about that book, which she eventually bought and was inspired by it.
With that, I thought of sharing this and other books I will be reading in the future, as it may be a message that someone needs to hear at the moment.
One of my favorite pages says,..
"Bottom line, leaders are lovers. God wants to build a relationship with you. He doesn't want to intimidate you so you'll follow Him. He doesn't want to dominate you into submission. He doesn't want to terrify you into obedience.
Instead, He'll spend time with you.
He'll win your trust.
He'll expose His own heart to you.
He'll pour His life into you.
In other words, He'll love you.
That is His brand of leadership."
Through this book, you will discover a very big God. Specifically, you'll discover God as a Father, Leader, Provider, Healer and Protector. As we build a deeper relationship with Him, we come to realize and experience first hand that He is indeed bigger than our biggest problems.
